Shipping and Returns
Many people using Vidasante.com are those who have never used the product before. So, we have decided to offer a limited 30 day guarantee for new customers to try our products with only a disposal fee at risk. There are very few merchants on-line willing to back up their product with an offer like ours that is how confident we are about our product’s effectiveness. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase of any VidaSante products you may contact us for instructions on how to return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Even if you return an un-opened product we will never ship it to another customer. Therefore, all returns will be disposed of and not restocked or resold. The following conditions and instructions apply:
You may return opened or unopened product by first sending an email to email@example.com requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We must receive this email by the 29th day following the date of purchase. We will send you an email with an RMA number. Then you must mail the product back to us at PO BOX 161, Alabaster Al 35007 via the US Postal Service. You must provide a tracking number and send it to us via email along with the RMA number, so we can watch for your returned product. The RMA number must be on your returned package. Products returned more than 10 days after we e-mail your RMA number are not eligible for a refund. We only offer refunds for purchases of VidaSante only products. No refunds will be given for products sold at a discount, all sales, promotions, and coupon codes are 100% excluded from the guarantee. Only first-time buyers are eligible for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to read these terms and know them prior to purchasing product. All the above conditions must be met to receive a refund. The customer assumes all liability for any misunderstandings or errors in order placement. When providing a refund, a credit will be applied to the card used for the original purchase. The full purchase price will be credited to your account within 10 days after receiving the returned product.
