    • All returns, whether opened or unopened, will be disposed of and not restocked or resold.
  3. Return Conditions and Instructions
    • To initiate a return, send an email to requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) by the 29th day following the date of purchase.
    • We will provide you with an RMA number via email.
    • Mail the product back to us at VidaSante, P.O. Box 1587, Alabaster, AL 35007 via the US Postal Service.
    • Provide a tracking number and send it to us via email along with the RMA number.
    • The RMA number must be on your returned package.
    • Products returned more than 10 days after we e-mail your RMA number are not eligible for a refund.

    • Refunds are only offered for purchases of VidaSante-only products.
    • No refunds will be given for products sold at a discount, all sales, promotions, and coupon codes are 100% excluded from the guarantee.
    • Only first-time buyers are eligible for a refund.
